I really want photoshop, but it is way too expensive for me. So I was considering getting photoshop elements instead. But some key tools I need that photoshop has is: the "mask" selection on layers, layers, dodge and burn tool, color contrast/saturation/hue, lasso tool, feathering, blur tool, airbrush, fix tool….does photoshop elements lack any of these? Also, your opinion on photoshop elements would be great. Thanks!

what kind of airbrush paint would be est for airbrushing a bike? where would I get it and how much would it cost?
is airbushing even the best method for painting a bike? so lost!

I am trying to expand my skills as a local theatrical makeup artist. Have been unable to find alot of web help regarding fantasy airbrush makeup products, design etc.
