Airbrush Compressor -> Tire Pump?
I bought a model airbrush set with a portable air compressor that has a max psi of 57 and 0.6 CFM air volume. Can I use this as a tire pump? What kind of hose/fitting do I need? Aside from that, what else can this be used for? I just hate to see it sitting there not being fully used. Thanks in advance!

At 57psi it will take forever to inflate a tire. Tire pumps usually start at 200 psi and up and even then it takes such a long time to inflate a tire.
What kind of tire?
Many bike tires require higher pressure than that.
And car tires have a lot of volume. A car tire http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html with a 4.4" side wall and center line radius of about 9.2 (outer radius – 1/2 side wall – and thickness of 9 inches would have a volume of about
(9.2 * 2 * 3.14159 * 4.4 * 9) / 1 728 = 1.32470378
so your pump might take 2 minutes to fill.
