On what can i use water based airbrush illustration paint?

I have Transpaernt GOLDEN Airbrush colors…and I don’t know on what surface to paint on

any surface that’s been prepped (sanded and cleaned) and is not too absorbent, but it won’t hold up on outdoor applications
